While we have no formal learning budget, we expect you to spend time learning: our world moves fast.

| Conference attendance | 100 % travel + ticket if you submit & deliver a talk. One conference/yr minimum; more on case-by-case basis. |
| Books, courses, certifications | No formal cap. Pitch us - if it levels up your craft, we’ll usually say yes. |
| Work-time learning | Up to 1 day per week may be spent on community OSS contributions or skill deep-dives that benefit the team. If you’re interested in this, talk to Kieran or Laurent. |
